Climate Change Teaching Resources
MMUK has developed teaching materials for Key Stages 2 (Year 5 & 6) to 5 (A-Level) on climate change and its impacts in Melanesia. Our resource packs include a guide for teachers, lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations and handouts.
Our teaching materials on climate change are designed to be integrated into the Geography curriculum. Our guide for teachers points out respective links with the National Curriculum.
The aim of climate change education is to educate, motivate and activate. Our teaching materials start with an introduction to climate change, provide case studies of climate change impacts in Melanesia and get students thinking about options for climate action.
