A Joyful Day of Acceptance for Four Sisters

There was great joy and thanksgiving at a recent service celebrating the Acceptance of Sisters Caroline Grace, Lorah, Mercy and Serah into the Community of the Sisters of the Church.

Families and relatives gathered to witness this special moment, surrounding the sisters with love and support as they took this important step in their vocation. The service itself was deeply moving and inspiring, a powerful reminder of God’s faithful call and the commitment of those who respond to it.

Before the sermon, the novitiate at TNK shared a drama depicting the story of Pentecost, led by Sr Noelyn. Their presentation brought the Scripture story to life in a creative and meaningful way, helping all present to reflect on the work of the Holy Spirit in sending and empowering God’s people.

Following the service, the community gathered to share breakfast together, with further celebrations, feasting, and entertainment continuing throughout the day.

We give thanks for Sisters Caroline Grace, Lorah, Mercy, and Serah, and for the witness of their commitment. Their “yes” to God’s calling is an encouragement to us all.
